Returns
Cancel any time and your deposit is refunded in full, within 5 business days.
Because each piece is made to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun — unless the piece is faulty or does not match what we agreed.
Send photographs within 14 days of delivery. We will remake the piece or refund it, and we will tell you which. Postage for a confirmed faulty piece is ours.
Photograph the outside of the box before opening it, then the contents, and send both within 7 days. We handle the claim with the carrier and replace the damaged pieces; you are not asked to chase the carrier yourself.
We are not selling single pieces through this website yet. When we do, this page will state the return window before any such order can be placed.
Nothing on this page reduces any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
